The Visitor Center is still being constructed and when the Grand Canyon Skywalk opens, access will at first be by temporary buildings. When the Visitor Center is fully open, it will be on three levels and though I don't know for sure, I would imagine they would have elevator access to make everything accessible for wheelchairs. If you need to know for sure before going, go to the official website (http://www.destinationgrandcanyon.com/sk... and email/phone them.
