I learned how to cut onions properly but the thing that sticks in my mind is how to make perfect mashed potatoes.
What the chef said made a lot of sense to me. 'The difference is in the dairy'. He put in lots of butter and cream, lots and lots of cream in fact. I thought 'I can do that' and ever since I have. Never mind the calories look at his width. I really must go on a diet.
